Look further back in the thread and there are a couple of links to sites that sell them. The site give a lot of information about how/why they work. I think WM posted it.

Devil Dog...........I mean Pebbles has given the vet trouble and they muzzled her once but even she didn't do that!
When you take her in make sure that the tech helping is very secure in holding her. There is one tech at my vet that even the vet doesn't trust to hold dogs. She's the one that let go of Pebs and was almost bit.
Now I don't allow her in the room when we go and I have even talked to the vet about it. What does she do with a big dog...........sheeze!
