I wish... we thought about going but by the time I figured out how much it would cost us we thought we better pass on this big one. We're planning on taking a trip in August back to IA to see hubby's side of the family. I haven't been back there since we moved out here 12 yrs ago. ( shame on me!)

yes going to both events. I have been to a couple specialties as know a couple board members.

I have not been to the meet ups as it is a little ways from me but know many of them from the specialty show as we all had dinner together and lunch, etc. Great group of people.

I usually donate prizes to the specialty event
