| Yes - absolutely! Infact, Las Vegas just passed an ordinance that unless you have a fancier's license - all dogs must be fixed. There's entirely too many people who allow their dogs to remain in tact and then don't want to deal with the consequences of unwanted, sick or unhomed pets. It is the "responsible" thing to do as a pet owner. There will always be risks for any kind of surgery but the number of deaths is very low for this procedure.
