Spike was absolutely fine yesterday. When I woke up this morning he had diarrhea (several places in the house), and just before I left for work he vomited. He obviously isn't feeling well - although he got up when I did, he just stood in one spot and didn't wag his tail, which is unlike him!

Any ideas?
