I've never seen Poison Ivy on a dog, but I guess it would be possible. If the oil from the plant stays on the coat, he could carry it and pass it to you. If the oil gets on his skin, I don't see why he couldn't have a reaction to it.
Have you had it before, and are the bumps blisters or no? Usually, if you've never had it or haven't had it for years, you will get blisters, and may need to go to a Doctor for treatment... Prednizone. If you get it every year, your body builds an immunity and it will effect you less and less each time, and you may see red spots on your skin very similar to Scabies.

Scabies may look similar and Yorkies are prone to scabies outbreaks, and people can get them from the dog, for sure. Dogs can pick them up on walks where wildlife may frequent... squirrels, raccoon, deer crossing the road, leaves alongside the road...
