I would be careful about any breeder that is breeding "teacups" or specifically breeding for a small size... they should be breeding in the standard which is under 7 pounds and may have some on the smaller end of that scale.
Also you can never be guaranteed how the color will be once they are older however looking at the parents and past litters can be an indication of whether they will stay dark or get very light.
