Of course, every dog is an individual but I have 2 girls and 1 boy. I always have had girl dogs and thought I preferred them but finally got my boy in Feb and I finally understand what those with boys are talking about. Someone recently described it as "girls do what you ask because they have to
but boy dogs do it because they want to." My girls are lap dogs but on their terms. My boy is truly a lap dog. He even lets my son carry him around and almost wraps his paws around my sons neck. And you know there is a reason they call girl dogs the "b" word.
They are definitely a little moodier and not quite so happy go lucky. But really, I wouldn't trade my girls either!
