We took Daisy to the vet bc she started barking and licking herself.
When she went for her physical about 3 months ago everything seemed to be ok except for the fact that she had an inverted vulva from being over weight. she was licking back then but the vet said to use gold bond powder on her.
Well Daisy started licking and barking and the licking was driving me crazy and I knew something was not right with her.
I was watching her sleep one night and she was moaning. Well the did xrays and a urine test and she doesn't have bladder stones but she has struvite crystals and calcium oxalate in her urine and they put her on a urinary tract support dog food.
Does this mean she is likely going to get bladder stones? Does anyone have any organic help for this? I am so worried about her this poor dog has been through so much in her 6 yrs of life.
