I've actually done really good so far with working out hard all week, and keeping the calories around 1200, and then not totally taking the weekends off, but not being as strict, eating a cheeseburger or pizza or milk shake on the weekend, and I haven't cut out drinking either. I've averaged .7 pounds a week loss, but having my weekends has been worth it.
But it's crunch time for my bikini, I've got two weeks left not counting this one, and I lost 2 pounds last week with cutting out alcohol, so I may have to quit until then. I think I would try the hcg diet for the two weeks to try to get down to where I want to be, but I really don't think I've got the self control to eat 500 calories on the weekends. I'd probably just be out lots of money for it and not lose in time anyway if I didn't stick with it 100%. |
