A written and signed stud agrement is a MUST. Hopefully she will do what is right and you two can work it out. Otherwise, you'll have to chaulk this one up as a lesson learned.
Have the litters that she used your stud for already been whelped? Perhaps you could withhold your studs information needed to register the pups until an arrangment can be made?
