Potato chips have about 150 calories per one ounce serving (about 20 chips). Calories are the same for humans and animals because it's a standard unit of measurement for energy output (remember the old "amount of energy to raise 1 gram of water 1 degree celsius" from chemistry class?)

Cheerios have 110 cals/serving (1 ounce or approximately 1 dry cup).

Green beans have 47 cals per 1 cup serving (frozen).

Sigh... my dog eats better than I do! I'm not one to talk about weight, though. My bruiser has gained 2 lbs (a full 50% gain in his weight) since we got him 7 weeks ago. LOL.
