I got my order last night and noticed one of the items was missing. No note in the box so I thought, "oh, boy are they going to believe me that the item was missing"? I made a phone call about it and within 10 minutes I got a call back and an explanation of why it was missing (back ordered). Great customer service. I can't wait till Saturday to try all the new products out. Thanks, Jen for starting the thread.
I'll keep ya posted as to how it worked out.
Looking at the products I have bought for my gang you'd think I had a house full of show dogs. I just like them looking good for me.
