Just heard on the radio - human error is to blame (which we knew), someone has been fired because of it (hardly seems like a strong enough punishment, and she's claiming to be the scapegoat), the killing started yesterday (
), and some of the animals will apparently be saved (how many? How do you choose which animals will get a chance to live, and which will die? Why not save them ALL?)
