Maybe she made a mistake about the potatoe chips, but it sounded like she said one chip. Maybe the calorie count is different for a dog than a human~? I don't know. She told me that they can do a calorie count on him, but he's too young. It most likely is the human food that is causing his weight gain, since they believe in giving human food like turkey hot dogs for instance, when we train in the agility course. She told me to switch his treats to Cherrios which is less fat and calories. Giving him too much to eat can cause so many issues in their health. Even if I gave a "milkbone" to him, that is like a meal and with his regular dog food can be too many calories too.
