She should feel better quickly...I hope so. Parasites are not as uncommon as one would think. She probably came with them from your breeder, or a neighborhood dog that visits, etc... If she does have parasites, you will need to pick up the stool from the yard right away until she tests negative. Wash your hands after handling her, crate her, etc. It will get better.
It's a good thing you were right on top of this. She'll feel better soon.
