 Does your Yorkie need to be on a diet
I called the Vet a bit ago and was questioning them about his weight gain since he's been neutered. He was around 7.5-7.8 lbs. I weighed him today and he's almost 8.5 lbs. It most likely is the treats he's getting at agility or the treats I give him. I need to cut back on that and give him Cherrios instead. One potato chip is 150 calories. I don't give him potato chips, but she was giving me an example. Plus, the food I give him I need to cut back and give him less. He gets a lot of activity: walks once a day and/or plays ball, and agility once a week (he did great tonight). So, what issues of this have you dealt with your dog(s) on~? |
