You could look at it that way because most breeders with solid Champion backgrounds wouldn't be advertising but if it's just a statement on a website I think they're just stating a fact. There are several reputable breeders/show/exhibitors that have websites to display their dogs but they do NOT sell any of their dogs/puppies on it - it's just a format to share their pride and joys.
