I agree with you Connie... These animals deserve more than this... I look at my Oliver and think that he could very well have ended up at a shelter had his rescue from the mill been different.. While I feel for the employee's, if I were employed there I would REFUSE to do it and would likely quit. No, I am definitely not cut out to work in shelters, and I know that thousand are PTS each and every day... But this is so large scale, and I can't help but wonder if someone's PET is in there... some beloved pet that got out of the yard and ended up at the SPCA, now faces this fate. I just can't even wrap my head around it... this whole thing just seems so wrong...
