My vet said at about six months, so that's what I did for Spike. Switch him over gradually, so if you're at the end of your bad of puppy food, buy another one as well as an adult one so you can mix the two. I started Spike on about 1/4 adult to 3/4 puppy, and then gradually upped it (about once a week). Just keep an eye on them, but we had no problems! |
