This puppymill is DISGUSTING!  He doesn't even have the "sense" to clean up his dogs before posting them for sale. The dogs are standing in urine and feces, their nails are over grown, and they don't look like they've ever had a bath or been groomed! He has 19 dogs posted  Not only is he trying to ruin the Yorkie breed but now he's going after the Parti's.
