Good for you! They may not like it, but if they sold the puppy in Florida, they are bound by its laws. Florida has some of the toughest puppy lemon laws in the country.
If they refuse to reimburse you, report them to the Attorney General's Office (Consumer Protection).
I would also report them to the YTCA for selling you a sick puppy under 12 weeks old.
