Have you asked your vet for their opinion? My boy came home to me at a year old (exactly) and he was already on adult food. I would ask your vet. Just remember that when you do transition, do it slowly. It can be the same brand, but different formula and you don't want to shock your baby's system. A slow transition can help avoid upset tummys.
