Normally w/ Hypoglaucemia the signs are sleepiness, weakness, and loss of appetite and coordination with all signs appearing suddenly.

Have you contacted your vet?

Maybe your little one is cold? How old is Milo and what is his weight? If real young and tiny he should not go over a few hours without eating....

There could be a number of things that lead to shaking. Maybe he was dreaming since you said he was laying down, was he sleeping?

It is so hard to tell to be honest but I definetly would contact your vet just to play it on the safe side.
