If only our politicians would be more aggressive in their fining and jailing of these so-called "breeders", maybe less animal abuse would occur. If the fines were so ridiculously high so that these "breeders" would lose more money than they could make; maybe less of this type of abuse would exist. Just a thought since the bottom line is money with them.
This is such a horrific thing and so very frustrating to do something about.
I hope that Walters woman goes to jail and dies there.
