oh boy this is hard. I am so sorry for your loss. I don't think I could handle that if it were Starsky. I know they are the love of your life and you want nothing to harm them. I have taken Starsky for walks just in the neighborhood, but we do have open spaces around our housing development with Coyotes, foxes, racoons and porupines! I feel sorry for you and all your pain, but I want you to know that this has really help me be more aware of my surroundings and the danger Starsky could be in. My prayers are with you has you heal through this. I lost a dog almost a year ago and it was due to old age. I know something tragic like this is worse. I lost my dad tragically and I know how that feels. Take care, and we are here to support you. |
