 grr burrs.
So I took Moto out in the back yard today to play while i weeded my strawberry bed. Anyways little burger got into some burs. Here's my problem. It doesn't have anything to do with his looks but Im afraid to cut his hair down short b/c hes still a puppy and I dont want people asking me whats wrong with him b/c I know people will... And again because hes a puppy I try my best to keep grooming to a minimum so that he won't dislike it in the future. Most of the burrs are on his underside chest area and on the back of his legs. Could those things be shaved off and not make it all wierd looking? I plan on trying to cut out the burrs and see how we fair tonight but I am able to take him to the groomers tomorrow for a cut down if needed.
I can't say I wont ever let him play in the yard again, but i will put at least a tank top on him to protect him from a whole mess of them.
Wish us luck I may have to do 5 mins at a time for the entire night to get them all out. |
