One thing I have learned with Bella is that she has to take her own sweet time to poop. I have to make sure I give her time to roam and sniff and play and eat bugs before she will consider getting serious to poop. You might consider taking her out a little less often but give her a longer time to get bored with the world and do the deed. This was something new to me because most of my chi's run outside and poop immediately. She is different.
Food does also have an effect. I don't know if its the fillers they use or what but you might try a different brand of top grade food and see if she goes less.
