Sophie was nearly 6 mths till both ears stood up. We did two months of one ear up, one ear down. And then reversed it.
I remember too that it was frustrating but eventually they did both stand up and she has beautiful ears now.
PS: Just so you know...some Yorkie's ears never stand up.
