I just flew with my litle Biewer this past February. The only thing that I would suggest (and I'm so glad the airport check-in guy talked me into it) was to upgrade to Business (first) class.
There is so much more room to put the carrier and pupper on the floor under ther seat in front of you.
In coach, the area beneath the seat in front of you is so small. Even though my guy was little (3 lbs), I would have hated to have had to squish him under there.
