I'm a little concerned about the legitimacy of the rescue you linked, they say,
"Charm is a MIKI. This is a breed that has been around for about 30 years, but is not AKC recognized yet. She's a mixture of yorkie, maltese, shih tzu and papillon. Charm is a good example of the breed."
While I know most rescues have mixed breeds, this rescue sounds like it's marketing the mixed breed, I would not trust this rescue.
