Don't really know what his behavior means, but my pup who was 12 weeks old whe I got her was pretty standoffish for the first week to 10 days. Her tail stayed down and seem like such a calm chill pup.
After that she perked up and is quite the little pistol,
but she still however is not the 'fawning' type of pup like many Yorkies are. I could get my feelings hurt if I wanted the type pup who wants to please me 24-7.
Still there is no money in the world to pry her from my arms.
