I use breath rite nasal strips...cut one big end off...place the other big end "inside" the bottom of the ear with the straight side up the ear. I also use a little bandaid liquid bandage on the strip before placing it. It will wear off in about a week and my ears have went up everytime. Not good at explaining so if you have any question just pm or call me if it is something you might want to give a try.
