Does your contract have any guarantees in it about health? If it does, enforce it!!!! That breeder ought to have to live with the symptoms of pneumonia for a week or two..

The breeder only guaranteed any congenial defects. Basically anything that cannot be cured by surgery. What a jerk, huh? Once again, I should have done more research. Thanks so much for the prayers. We definately need them right now. Haven't gotten much sleep since I got my baby, but it's well worth it to have him better!
