Hi: Hope this helps I took my furbaby to South Sacto for years...the place looks a little seedy but they were fantastic to her...very gentle with her ande me because I couldn't bear to let her out of my sight. She got to where she would spot the office and bark like crazy if I drove by it without stopping. I would have to factor a "stop" every time4 I had to go that way and, we would go in and she would ply with the staff for awhile and then we could proceed on to what I had to do.....good luck!
