 Coccidia
My kids got me my tiny yorkie for a birthday present, paid $1200 for him, he's worth every dime. Anyway he came with giradia & coccidia (sp), both very treatable, but before he got treated he infected my 5 yr old yorkie, my 3yr old tiny toy poodle, our chihuahua, min pin and one small cocker spaniel. Twice over we treated the whole bunch! But we got rid of it, I was furious at the breeder but would not have taken him back for anything, and other than spending lots of money on treating, and cleaning like crazy, we are all ok. Did your vet tell you to totally clean the yard and house constantly? Anywhere that they might have an accident in the house needs to be totally sterilized, and the yard needs to be picked up many times a day and washed down. We got rid of it with our bunch, you can do it! |
