I know how you feel. Everytime I get close to getting a yorkie, they are always sold before I can even get there. I am a little depressed right now. There was a man nearby whose yorkie was due November 22nd. And he was selling them for only $500. But, by the time I got his number and found out about him, he already had a long list of people interested in the puppies. We were at the bottom of the list. My mom called him the week the puppies were due to set up a time to meet. And to let him know we were still very interested. All we got was his answering machine and we left a message. That was over a week ago and he never returned our call. So, I know the pups got sold. Not that they are anywhere near ready to go to their new homes. But, he probably already promised them to other people or he would of returned our call.

I found another breeder whose yorkie is due the last week of December. 4 puppies are expected. 1 is already sold to another lady. 1 she promised to her daughter. The other is going to the lady who owns the male stud. My only chance is the 4th puppy. And the lady on the phone said all 3 of these people want females! Her chances of having an all female litter is possible but very slim.

I have one other breeder that my mom spoke to. Also only a 10-minute drive away. She has 4 litters due all in December. So, I guess she is my best chance. I think her first litter is due December 13th. The pups should be ready by Valentines Day she says. If I don't get this puppy, I don't what I will do. It is the holidays and my first Christmas in 13 years without my Lacey to share it with. I still have a hard time fighting back the tears sometimes.
