Oh wow. So many red flags!
Like someone else mentioned, purposely breeding for the flatter faces and protruding eyes has the potential to bring out loads of health problems.

Those pups pictured don't even 'look right.'
Purposely breeding tiny dogs from tiny parents, "teacups", health agreement only covers life threatening issues with the heart, lungs or liver and will only be 'replaced' with another puppy.
