Didn't know where to put this. Not a health question, not an obedience question (not totally anyway)....
The black color on the pads. Uni's back pads (where she pulls a LOT, obedience problem...) seems to be wearing out the black color and now they are pink on the back edges. Is the black only on the surface? Or is it normally pink on the edges and on the inside part (when it goes up close to the skin?) bf said no more running at Craig park ( a fave park with lots of hills, and nice and clean!) bc she's wearing off her black on her pads. Is it possible? They are not rough and calloused anymore. They are super soft like she went to the nail spa, or she pulls too much whilst running in place.
I'm afraid she will rub her pads raw. She did it to her back nails before until they started bleeding.
