Well as for my exp, Uni started out pretty chill. We'd take her to a restaurant (smuggled in my huge purse) and put her on the seat next to me with a hoodie over her and she would just sleep. Since the first day I got her she was like this. Then one day she just decided that she wouldn't have any of that. She kept trying to get on the table. good thing it was our friend's restaurant, so he didn't mind her being in there. Maybe it was the beefalicious smell of pho, I don't know, but from that day, we can NOT bring her to any dining establishment. So yes, I think temperament CAN change... Uni's for the, not worst, but for the loudest. (she didn't even bark until she was about 5 or 6 months) Like I said, with yorkies, there are no rules.
