I'm sure you've allowed no one but yourself in the puppy area...well except mom. You can begin lowering the temp a degree a day to keep it right between 75-78...just as long as there is no draft.
I've never experienced runny noses in pups, you might just want to touch basis with your vet. Just make sure you aren't hearing any congestion in their chest and they are continuing to nurse and gain.
