I am willing to bet if you give proof that your turned this needy puppy over to a rescue they would leave you alone.

(I was the one that decided there were way too many puppies out there and get out of breeding, let me do this without anymore interference. I am selling the mom to a non-breeding home, I don't have the money to have her spayed but am giving a $100 refund when the new owners show me her proof of spay.
I'm begging you, leave me alone.)

But there is no garentee that they will spay her. Your just offering money back if they do. What if they have bad intentions? what if they breed her anyways b/c they see they can make twice that off puppies.... did you even think about that??
