I got Toby a month ago from a lady who was temp homeing him, She got him from an older couple that were/are living in elderly housing with no pets allowed.
He is aggressive and the other day he came around the corner when my daughter (in her 30's )was her, and went right after her and jumping up and bitting her, he did break skin, he is UTD on all shots.

My daughter will not visit until Toby is out of the house and will not let the grandchildren visit..

How do I find a good home for a dog that bites?
Taking him on walks he sees someone and wants to go after them.

Suggestion? Answers?
