Aw, Carlo. A little home cookin' is probably what he needs. Those pain meds + the anesthesia after effects can do a number on the tummy, so he might just feel a little icky. I try to get bread in their tummies when they might be nauseous too - this helps w/ neutralize some of the juices, gives energy, and can stim appetite as it may calm the tummy.
