I cant speak for the other poster but I will tell you my problem with the elastic ones... they are uncomfortable and the dogs try to get them off and they never fit right so they easily come off which can make for a mess.
If you get them from someone who cuts them to fit perfect, they stay on better... plus the kind that are made from a nice fabric with no elastic are more comfortable for the dog.
