i believe they are being charged with grand theft even though they did not get away with the dogs.they will also be charged with destruction of property two counts of both this has me so shaken you would not believe the worst part is that i often leave Gatsby out on a lead and go in the house to cook lunch i always felt safe because the way my neighborhood is layed out i have 8 neighbors that are very close to me one on each side three across the very small street in front and three across the very small ally in back but when this happened i remembered that was how cookie went missing his mom turned around for a min and when she came back he was gone i will never leave my babies alone again ever
