I am sure for a big dog they are ok but I would not feed them to my yorkie.

Not the same product....similar, but not the same. These a wafer thin and crunchy so the dog chews them immediately and does not seek to swallow them whole, the product in Kalina's dilemma seems chewy and of a different consistency. I have never had a problem with this product except keeping enough around the house.
