You can try a warm wet (wrung out - not much water) washcloth on it, making sure you do not get the pup wet. You do not want to cool the pup. That is about all you can do for now, since she is so young. Just keep it clean and keep everything sterile. So after you clean the eye with the warm cloth, then throw the cloth in the washer and use a new cloth for the next time. Sounds like she may have gotten it scratched by another pup. Be sure to take her in the morning to your vet to be sure and get it checked out.
