I know some people are anti cezar Malaun I may of even spelt his name wrong. But I swear I saw a show where there was a dog that had the same issues. Maybe you can try to google that and she what tech he tried with the dog and see if that helps at all. The dog in the show use to chew even at the door knob till its mouth would bleed.
