It's a good thing you took a sample to the vet for testing, but I suspect the smell, marking and behavior are from not being neutered. I'd advise you to rethink leaving him intact and breeding him. Males don't reach full sexual maturity until age 2 so his behavior will get even worse, especially if he is allowed to breed. Stud males are like teenage boys, always worried about sex. They can smell a female in heat miles away and will go crazy trying to get to her.

Spayed and neutered dogs make the best pets.
