I'm sorry this is happening to your home but my advice is to get him neutered, and her spayed.
Why haven't you neutered or spayed either of them yet? Are you thinking of breeding? If so, by reading your post it shows you don't have enough experience with Yorkies to be breeding them. If that is your plan you need a mentor and to study the Yorskire Terrier breed for a while and learn more. Then only breed for the betterment of the breed.
